Spiral freezers type ASM

Spiral freezers are universal for freezing of different types of products and compact on dimensions since some hundred meters long conveyor belt goes up from below over the spiral in a limited volume of heat-insulated chamber.

Freezing takes place in cold airflow, flow direction - horizontal, air speed form 2 to 6 m/s depending on product to be frozen. Product placed on the belt, stays immovable during freezing. Freezing time can be set depending on product by means of adjusting of belt speed. Belt speed adjustment - stepless. Coil defrost of air cooler - electrical or with hot gas. Defrost time not more than 60 min.
