Shelving freezers AMS

Shelving freezers AMS designed for quick freezing of ravioli, rissoles and other similar products. Freezing take place in cold air flow (-30°C) with coercive circulation.

Standard fulfilment - case made on single frame with product, air coolers and compressor-condensing unit back from case. Also we can make shelving freezers with separated compressor unit and condensing unit.

Product put to the trays (2 kits of trays is at supply). Trays set on the grilles of case at his left part. At the right part of case are evaporator coils with air coolers.

Product freeze at the case over 50...60 minutes. On this time next production run put on the second kit of trays.

For working of compressor-condensing unit in winter, when it placed outdoors or on the room with temperature under +4°C it is necessary option for operation in winter time.
