Ravioli freezers type APSDesigned for quick freezing of ravioli and other similar products in a cold airflow with coercive circulation. Ravioli freezer is many-stepped belt freezer. Product load on first (upper) belt by loading device. Ravioli freeze in a cold airflow with coercive circulation. Product moved within equipment from belt to belt and unload from lower belt to the tray. Freezer supply knocked down by several components. Compressor unit and air condenser supply as joint unit. Time necessary for mounting and start-up of equipment is about 7...9 days. Mounting and start-up costs in full is 2% of equipment costs. Time manufacturing of equipment is 60 days after bank receipt of up-front sum. Repayment terms: 50% - up-front sum, 50% - before shipment. Heat isolation made from sandwich-panels with foamed polyurethane and coloured zinc steel. Metallic construction made with stainless steel.
