Fluidized freezers type ASMF


Freezing in such type of freezers takes place in suspended condition (principle of fluidization) in airflow, which moves up and makes product hovering.

The freezers are designed for quick freezing of free-flowing products like berries, fruits and vegetables etc. Large fruits and vegetables are frozen sliced.
